M&R is the world's largest manufacturer of digital and screen printing equipment and the most respected name in the industry. M&R products include direct-to-garment digital printers, hybrid digital printing systems, a broad range of textile & graphics presses and dryers, an extensive line of traditional and CTS exposure systems, and an impressive line of finishing equipment.

M&R is known worldwide for its numerous patented innovations and work with customers and specialists in other fields to design custom industrial solutions to vexing problems. M&R manufactures over one hundred distinct types of equipment and hundreds of product models to address the vast and varied needs of the industry.

Electrical Wiring Department

All electrical wiring harnesses are built in-house and all leads are tagged and tested before being assembled into their respective pieces of equipment.

Flash Cure Production

With a range of eleven models and over fifty sizes to choose from, M&R builds and ships more that 150 flash cure units each month.

Carousel Press Quality Assurance

Each Carousel hub is fully tested using special simulators that mimic the performance of each printhead on the press. The process simulates every operation of the press without requiring it to be assembled.

Printhead Quality Assurance

Every printhead is run through a battery of tests to confirm that all functions and controls are operating correctly before it is shipped. This system duplicates the control system of the press’s central controller.

Printhead Assembly Line

Every press printhead is assembled on our custom-built assembly line. It allows each head to be flipped over easily by a single person so that air and electrical lines can be run and components can be attached quickly and easily.

Paint Booths

State of the art paint booths are where M&R products get their signature “M&R Blue” color applied. Environmentally conscious paint booths with industrial filters, and safety systems protect both workers, and the environment.

Small CNC Line

Computer Numeric Control is only part of the equation, a skilled team of programmers and machinist ensure that every part is machined within extremely tight tolerances. All adding up to a quality final product.

Uni-Port CNC

M&R’s two Uni-Port machining centers have the ability to machine large fully welded structures. Machining of final structures gives M&R products a tolerance advantage that most competitors can’t match.

Milling and CNC line

While computer controlled mills (CNC) can provide phenomenal accuracy, sometimes manufacturing a part requires a human touch – M&R’s skilled craftsmen will test designs and manufacturing processes before moving production of a part to the automated CNC systems seen in the background.

Digital Testing and Calibration

M&R digital equipment is tested and calibrated before shipment to deliver turnkey systems, ready to be put into production with a minimum of installation time.
