How to get back deleted items in FFXIV? ›

You can do so by pressing the ESC key and choosing “Support Desk” or by typing “/supportdesk” in the chat bar. Search the database for "How to Contact a GM" and follow the instructions to submit your request. Following a GM investigation, if it is confirmed that an item can be restored, the item will be restored.

* If an item reaches zero durability, it will remain in your inventory and may be repaired. Having equipment reach zero durability during a duty is especially problematic. Tanks will find it harder to generate enmity, DPS will deal less damage, and healers will restore less HP and have less MP with which to do so.
